Join us at Sueno Azul Resort, located in the heart of Costa Rica’s rain forest for a winter learning vacation.  Begin your day with yoga, meditation, a hike through the rain forest, horseback riding or a swim in the pool.  After breakfast, served in an open air pavilion overlooking the pool and rivers, join our faculty for the workshop of your choice.  Take a break for a delicious lunch, swimming or relaxation, returning refreshed to the afternoon portion of your workshop.  End the day with a dip a pool, relaxation with new friends, a fabulous conversation at the Jacuzzi or simply reading in your room.  

The week also includes a boat tour down the Sarrapiqui River followed by an opportunity to shop and sample the local culture in a nearby town, a botanical garden tour as well as a One Day Tour of the property including horseback riding, zip lining through the canopy of rain forest and swimming in the cascades. Leave the chill of the North for the warmth of Central America, allowing yourself the opportunity to relax, renew and restore!
